You send events from your servers
If important events happen in your backend, Mixpanel can take them directly today. Server-side events in ClickClacks aren’t available yet.
You need a long track record
Mixpanel has been around for years, with the procurement answers, integrations and community that come with that. ClickClacks is new.
You rely on session replay
ClickClacks deliberately doesn’t record sessions. If watching replays is central to how your team works, look at a tool that offers it.
