Each pageview, click, scroll-depth reading, custom event or identify call is one event. Scroll depth is recorded once per page view, not continuously, so reading a long page doesn’t run up your count.
We won’t stop collecting your data without warning. We’ll get in touch as you approach your limit, so you can move up a plan or ride out a one-off spike.
Yes. Invite them with a read-only role. Roles are built from individual permissions, so you decide exactly what each person can see and change, and everyone signs in with their own account.
No. The ClickClacks script doesn’t set cookies. It keeps an anonymous ID in the browser’s own storage, strips secret-looking parameters from URLs before sending them, and never records what people type into forms. Whether you need a consent banner depends on where you and your visitors are, so check with whoever advises you on privacy.
