Every client in one place.

Give each client its own project and move between them in a keystroke, staying on the same report. One home for all of them, one alerts inbox, and one plan that covers every project.

What it does

ClickClacks is built for the studio that runs analytics for many clients. Each client is a separate project with its own data and its own members. Switching keeps your place: from one client’s Funnels you land on the next client’s Funnels, with the same dates.

Agency home

Every client on one page.

One card per project you can open: visitors over the last 7 and 30 days with a trend, active alerts, sources that stopped sending and events this month. Above them, the month’s events across every project, split by project. Sort by activity, name or volume, or show only what needs attention.

  • Once you have a second project, this is where you land after signing in.
  • New project creates the project and its first source, and shows the snippet at once.
  • It only ever lists projects you are a member of.

Alerts and digest

One inbox for every client’s alerts.

The alerts inbox gathers the alerts from all your projects, grouped by project, newest first. Filter to what is firing, resolved or muted, over a day to 90 days. If you’d rather be told, turn on the weekly digest: one email every Monday at 08:00.

  • The digest covers each project’s visitors against the week before and its biggest change.
  • It also lists firing alerts, stopped sources and the month’s events.
  • It is opt-in, and every email has a link to stop it.

Access

Each client sees their project, and only theirs.

Access is granted project by project. Invite a client’s own team to their project and they never see your agency or your other clients. For your own staff there is one setting: agency staff can access all projects, off by default.

  • When it is on, your Owners and Admins become members of every current and future project.
  • Those are real memberships, each one recorded in the audit log.
  • Turning it off removes only the memberships the setting created.

Agency MCP key

Ask your AI client about all of them.

An agency key connects Claude, Codex or any MCP client to every project its creator can open. It adds two tools, one that lists your projects and one that compares them, and every other tool takes a project name. It is read-only, like a project key.

  • The key holds no list of projects. Access is checked again on every call.
  • Every call is logged per project, and the log is kept for 180 days.
  • Created by agency Owners and Admins, in agency settings. A Pro feature.

Questions it answers

Ask it the way you’d ask a colleague.

How ClickClacks answers it

Open the agency home and switch on “Needs attention”. It keeps the projects with a firing alert or a source that has stopped sending.

projects need attention

Who it’s for

Three ways teams use it.

  • Agencies

A web or marketing studio with a dozen clients: one sign-up, one plan, a project per client. Start the day on the agency home and let each client’s team into their own project.

    A project per client

  • Indie developers

With one site you never see any of this: no agency screens, no agency home. Add a second project and the switcher lists both; the agency pages appear when they have something to show.

    An agency of one

  • Product teams

A company with several separate products gives each its own project, with its own data, keys and members, and still reads usage for all of them in one place.

How it works

Under the hood

  1. 01A project per clientEach project has its own events, sources, keys, boards, people and settings. That boundary is what keeps one client from seeing another’s data.
  2. 02Membership decides who sees whatA role at the agency grants nothing inside a project. People see the projects they are members of, and agency pages only gather those.
  3. 03One plan covers them allThe agency has one plan. Usage is metered per project and compared as a pooled total, and Pro features apply to every project.
  4. 04Agency tools read acrossThe agency home, the alerts inbox, the digest and the agency MCP key each read across the projects you can open, and no further.

FAQ

Agencies, in detail.

  • No. Give each client its own project. A project is the boundary that stops one client seeing another’s data; companies inside a project have no access control. Use companies inside a client’s project when that client itself sells to businesses.

  • The new project joins your agency’s plan and shares its monthly event allowance with your other projects. It doesn’t start a trial of its own. Pro features apply to every project of a Pro agency.

  • Not by default: access is granted per project. Turn on “Agency staff can access all projects” and your agency Owners and Admins are made members of every current and future project. Turning it off removes only the memberships that setting created.

  • Their project and nothing else. Someone you invite to one client’s project never sees the agency, the agency home or your other clients.

  • The projects its creator can open at that moment, checked again on every call, and nothing more. Remove them from a project and the key stops reading it. The key is read-only, every call is logged per project, and any agency Owner or Admin can revoke it at once.

  • No. With one project and no agency teammates you see no agency screens at all. The switcher shows your project and a way to add another.
